APC

We have been cooperating with APC since the beginning of our existence, or even longer. Before the accession of Poland to the EU, we rendered warranty service of APC – UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems all over Poland,; now UPS systems are exchanged within the warranty period using a courier company. At present, we focus on post-warranty repairs and start-up of large UPS systems as well as operational support. We have developed service procedures for the majority of UPS systems produced by APC, which enable safe diagnostics and gradual start-up of UPS systems after the repair of inverters. We have prepared repair stands for SURT series UPS systems and we are able to repair each UPS system, only if the structure of the printed circuit board is not damaged. We also have all SYMMETRA series UPS systems and can therefore successfully repair and test their power, battery or management modules.

We achieve equally high efficiency of repair of power modules of UPS systems of SMART VT/ Galaxy 3500 series. We have replacement modules which we provide our customers with for the duration of their power module repair. Apart from workshop repairs of components, we render repair services on-site at the customer’s premises. Thanks to our experience and inventories of replacement modules and spare parts, we are able to complete the majority of repairs in just one visit.
