Service Agreements

Service agreements are the perfect solution for demanding customers. The agreement establishes criteria according to which service and technical support will be provided.

The most commonly used solutions are:

  • Guaranteed Repair Time - we will start the equipment within a specified time
  • Warranty Extension - why only two years of factory warranty, it can be five years
  • Manufacturer's Warranty Extension - it can be faster, it can be on-site - various options available
  • Provision of Replacement Equipment.

The agreement specifies the response time, frequency of inspections and any additional conditions. The customer receives an appropriate certificate.
