Service agreements are the perfect solution for demanding customers. The agreement establishes criteria according to which service and technical support will be provided.
The most commonly used solutions are:
- Guaranteed Repair Time - we will start the equipment within a specified time
- Warranty Extension - why only two years of factory warranty, it can be five years
- Manufacturer's Warranty Extension - it can be faster, it can be on-site - various options available
- Provision of Replacement Equipment.
The agreement specifies the response time, frequency of inspections and any additional conditions. The customer receives an appropriate certificate.
